Our thong-gate friend, Cristian Castro, has debuted a new song, throwing in the towel (no pun intended) with the romantic ballads and picking up heavy metal.
Yes, heavy metal.
Castro was the talk of the town at the beginning of the month, when he tweeted a photo of himself in nothing but a thong and locking hands with his masseuse.
The Twitter post, which was retweeted more than 13k times, caused a big sensation on the Internet, leaving many disgusted, overwhelmed and shocked.
After the weird incident, Cristian Castro has set aside the banana hammock to let his inner demons take control and show the world his roquero side.
La Esfinge is the name of Castro’s new project, which recently debuted a rock pesado song called “Purgatorio.”
The track counts with the powerful guitar riffs of Vampiro, guitarist for the famous Mexican rock band, Jaguares.
Cristian Castro has mentioned in the past that he’s always been an aspiring rock star, and looks up to artists like Tool, according to various media outlets.
“Purgatorio” is Cristian Castro’s ticket to the land of rock en ñ.
As many are still dumbfounded by his personalidad rara y loca, others are anticipating the album’s release set to launch ending February.
